Abstract
In Korean society, women with disabilities have experienced double discrimination with respect to their femininity and disabilities. Especially, they don¡¯t have enough opportunities in education, marriage and employment because they stay at home all day long due to their disabilities. For this reason, this study recognized the structure to discriminate against women with disabilities and explored the substantial solution for the discriminative problems by representing the double discrimination of female and physical disabilities. This study method by using open-ended interview with fifteen women. Each interview session was tape recorded in its entirety.
The main results of the study are as follows :
First, regarding the discrimination of education, they didn¡¯t have opportunities to be participated in a higher education system. Moreover, they could not sustain their education although they were in the system.
Second, regarding the discrimination of employment, it was nonsense we expected that they enjoyed equal opportunities to get jobs in comparison with disabled men and the non-disabled. The disabled women were isolated in job training and experienced the discrimination of employment after job training against disabled males whose abilities were equal to the women.

And the experienced severe difficulties physically, psycho-emotionally and mentally in pregnancy, delivery, raising, and household works. They experience severe difficulties physically, psycho-emotionally and mentally in pregnancy, delivery, raising, and household works.
There are the implications to abolish the discrimination against women with disabilities in light of the results of this research. Solution of discrimination of employment can be achieved through guaranteeing the equal opportunities in jobs training for women with physical disabilities and providing focused and systematic job training by developing various jobs and training institutes. Providing cost of living during job training should be guaranteed in order to obtain the rapid changed and sophisticated technology without any burden of financial difficulties so that they can be continuously trained. Preferential employment of disabled women or selected kinds of jobs are the favorable basis of the employment of women with disabilities.
One solution of discrimination of marriage is development of systematic supporting services to their pregnancy, delivery, and health care before and after delivery. The other is introduction of the home helper system to raise children and to guarantee the service for caring their children. Finally, it is necessary to set up the general and systematic medical service, to build up the information system to be easily accessible, and to make and manage the facilities for the disabled women.
